Give us just a few minutes of your time, and we’ll show you the easy and sensible steps …

Let’s use our QuadStrat assessment as an example. Here are 8 straight-forward steps:
  • Contact the CEO or other senior executive of an existing or potential client. Ask him or her the following question: "Would you be willing to spend 45 minutes online at your convenience to compare your company with the best run organizations in the world?"
    • The answer is seldom "no". CEO’s, General Managers, Executive Directors, and the like are generally curious to know how they measure up to their peers. If you do not have any senior level decision-makers as current clients, you can locate these individuals through your local Chamber of Commerce or via purchased lists. (GOOGLE "Business Lists" for more information.)
  • Use the Order Wizard in your QuadRed Member Back Office site to order a QuadStrat demo. Send the system-generated assessment link via email to the interested individual. (Sample demo emails are available in the QuadRed Back Office.)
  • Use your member site to track the progress of your demos.
  • When the appropriate number of respondents have completed the QuadStrat assessment, use your member site to generate the report.
    • By the way, for no additional charge, we can set up a redirect at the end of the assessment that will send these clients to your website or any online page of your choosing. So when they finish the assessment, they will see an ad that provides more information about your services and experience.
  • Schedule a time to review the report with the interested client.
  • Review the outcomes of the QuadStrat Report. (This can be done in-person or via telephone/webcast.)
  • After you have reviewed the outcomes, ask the following question: "Would you be interested in knowing whether your fellow managers, employees, or even your Board of Directors agree or disagree with your perspectives?"
    • There is a natural curiosity to know how the remainder of the organization, or at least how the senior executive’s fellow managers, perceive the performance of the organization for each of the 35 QuadStrat business disciplines (or for each of the 19 disciplines if you elect to use our Small Business version of the assessment).
  • Prepare a proposal (with our help) that will expand the number of assessment respondents.
    • This proposal will also include a debrief of the aggregate assessment results and a 1 or 2-day planning event. We can show you how to incorporate the results of assessments into a comprehensive planning session. We will be happy to share our process and agenda.


This approach works! Providing a new client with a value-added experience like the QuadStrat Assessment is a much more powerful "door-opener" than simply sending a brochure or a link to your website.
